Holy Granola
I made an amazing recipe last week. Get this....you can make granola at home. AND it's so easy!!!!!!
2 c real oats
1 c coconut (shredded, sweetened)
1 c sliced almonds
2T vegetable oil
1/4 c honey
Toss oats, coconut and almonds with the honey and oil mixed together.
Bake at 350 C for 20-30 minutes until brown on a 13" x 18" baking pan, stirring occasionally.
Afterwards you can mix this with diced and dried apricots, figs, cherries and cranberries (1/2 cup each) and make a parfait type dessert with flavored yogurt Or sprinkle this on oatmeal (my favorite) or mix with other cereal.
